| AIM
has developed a strategic partnership with Crossroads
Industrial Services to provide a
variety of products and services to Midwest businesses,
as well as the Department of Defense. As an ISO 9001
company, our partnership is committed to improving our
performance in order to exceed customer expectations for
quality, cost and delivery.
This
strategic partnership is extremely valuable to our
customers due to the production advantages it brings.
Increased capacity, productivity improvement, and the
program management skills required to support
just-in-time delivery by our truck fleet are just a few
of the many services this partnership can now provide.
Collectively, we employ more than 100 production workers
at a 68,000 square-foot facility located minutes from
interstate I-465 and I-70 on the east side of
Indianapolis.

mission is to provide career opportunities for service
disabled veterans while serving our community, our
nation and our military forces. The growth and
development of AIM will allow us to offer long term
employment and career opportunities to our local service
disabled veterans thus giving them the means to provide
for their families and develop long-term financial,
emotional and professional stability. |
